Does it have a battery?

No. At least, not yet. While Joule does offer a detachable power cable to give the user different length options, it does need to be plugged into a power source to operate.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Joule products come with a one-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. If it doesn't work, you get a new one.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates vary throughout the U.S. and Canada but generally you’re looking at around $10-$15 for domestic U.S. orders. Canadian orders will be slightly higher shipping due to international rates, plus duty and taxes at the border.

What exactly do I get in the box?

Every Joule product order ships with:

  1. the Joule unit
  2. 4 foot power cable
  3. a bag to store your Joule when not in use or while traveling
  4. a Velcro tie to wrap the cable while on the go.

What is your refund policy?

You may have certain statutory rights to cancel your order under applicable consumer protection laws and JOULE will respect all such applicable laws.

In addition to these statutory rights, returns of product purchased on the Site are governed by JOULE's return policy which is, "If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and tell us how we can fix it, and we will try to accommodate to the best of our abilities. If the problem cannot be fixed, we will issue a full refund for Joule products returned with original packaging and in working condition. Returns will be inspected for damage and must be returned postage paid within 14 days before a full refund is issued. Items that are returned used may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee."
