Does it have a battery?

No. At least, not yet. While Joule does offer a detachable power cable to give the user different length options, it does need to be plugged into a power source to operate.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Joule products come with a one-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. If it doesn't work, you get a new one.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates vary throughout the U.S. and Canada but generally you’re looking at around $10-$15 for domestic U.S. orders. Canadian orders will be slightly higher shipping due to international rates, plus duty and taxes at the border.

What exactly do I get in the box?

Every Joule product order ships with:

  1. the Joule unit
  2. 4 foot power cable
  3. a bag to store your Joule when not in use or while traveling
  4. a Velcro tie to wrap the cable while on the go.

Can I get my money back if I'm not happy?

Absolutely. No sales are ever final. If you have an issue with your Joule product, please give a chance to make you happy by making things right. If you’re no longer feel the love, simply submit a request for a refund and we'll process your refund asap and make arrangement to come and pick up Joule.
